模具毕业设计论文：航空发动机环形燃烧室内形冲压工艺
摘要 ：
对某航空发动机环形燃烧室内形的冲压研制经过进行了概括、总结,主要涉及试制加工工艺方案的确定、拉伸模结构的选择、激光切法兰及底、去应力热处理、翻边成形、车加工工艺等。其中,详细总结了模具间隙和热处理对薄壁拉伸件的外形尺寸影响和控制。

Abstract：
This article has recapitulated and summarized manufacture process of annular combustion inner profile of aero-engine,including establishment of primary technical scheme,selection of die structure,technical plan of laser cutting flange and bottom,stress-relief heat treatment,plunging,and turning technical plan.Also has summarized how clearance of die and heat treatment parameter affects exterior profile dimension of thin wall drawing parts.
